CASPER MÁGICO RELEASES NEW SONG AND VIDEO “MI FAVORITA”
After completing a successful 2020, urban singer CASPER MÁGICO is back to release his new single “MI FAVORITA” under FLOW LA MOVIE label. The song, distributed by GLAD Empire, is available on all digital platforms and the music video on the artist's YouTube channel.
“I am very excited for this new single, Mi Favorita. The song showcases my romantic side but, at the same time, it doesn’t leave my urban essence aside,”said Casper Mágico.
“Mi Favorita” is a reggaeton song that, through its lyrics, declares that a man has already found the woman of his life. No matter how many girls he knows, the favorite will always be his priority and number one in everything. The song, composed by the artist himself, premiered together with a music video that was directed by Danny Ruan and filmed in Miami, FL. The song was produced by Lunny, OMG and Bory.
Prior to the release of this single, the Puerto Rican artist successfully performed at the Premio Lo Nuestro pre-show where he performed “Travesuras” with Nio Garcia and Flow La Movie.

Julio Alberto Cruz García, better known in the Latin music industry as Casper Mágico, was born on June 21, 1989 in Carolina, PR. His interest in music began when he was eight years old exploring lyrics as a hobby with Emmanuel Gazmey (now known as Anuel AA). In 2005, they officially became a duo called "Anuel y Casper" and released their first song “Ella dice que te ama” (She says she loves you) but in 2010 the duo's project came to an end after Casper Mágico went to prison. In 2015, Casper officially signed his first official contract with the label Flow La Movie company and, from that moment, he began his solo career. In December 2017, Casper Mágico and the urban singer, Nio García, joined forces to write and record "Te Bote” with Darell as special guest. The song grew organically and after several months it caught the attention of Nicky Jam, Ozuna and Bad Bunny who came together for a powerful remix." Te Boté "remix quickly conquered the popularity global charts. In Billboard magazine, the hit entered the Hot 100 list that unites all genres in the United States and managed to stay for 21 weeks. However, in Hot Latin Songs it reached # 1 position. To this day, Casper Mágico continues his career with great success, so much so that he is one of the 500 most listened to artists in the world. In 2020, he released “Sola y Vacía,” a song that has brought him back together with his great friend Anuel AA. Also, in the middle of the year he released “Now or Never”, an album in collaboration with Nio Garcia. This 2021, he is back with “Mi Favorita” now available on all digital platforms.
